The Governing Board has authorized the UCAM Murcia CF use Municipal Stadium La Condomina for three years for the development of training and official matches of the team, subject to remaining in the second division or senior.
In the same agreement, the draft adequacy of the side stadium stands approving and authorizing execution.
Under the agreement reached between both parties, the club agrees to take the following obligations, amounting to 410,000 euros:
- Addressing costs and water consumption stadium light
- The maintenance and upkeep of the building and lawn
- Have enough staff for the functions of concierge, maintenance, security, etc.
during the celebration of sporting competition
- Obligation to purchase insurance liability and own damage and third parties, as well as to comply with current legislation on public shows, prevention of violence in football and other regulations regarding sporting events which will take place at the stadium .
Moreover, the UCAM will handle the installation of a video-scoreboard, the adequacy of the side stands and installing chairs in the side stands, all with an estimated cost of 130,000 euros.
In addition, the conditions for authorizing the use of the City Council establishes the right to use the stadium for events of municipal interest provided they do not interfere with the holding of municipal sporting events.
Similarly, on an exceptional basis, authorize the holding of an official club match of the municipality and any friendly match that the City due to organize, always without interfering with the use of the stadium by the UCAM.
You may also request the participation of the club's first team to dispute a friendly match season, free of charge, and the team to participate in campaign activities Sports Municipal School.
