Víctor Meseguer Sanchez has achieved outstanding cum laude for his doctoral thesis in Legal, Social and Business Sciences from the UCAM, on "The legal control of the activities of transnational corporations: Criminal Law and Corporate Social Responsibility" directed by doctors Fulgencio Madrid Conesa and Cesar Augusto Giner Joy.

The Court has been formed by Antonio Garrido Rubia, Dean of Studies in Science Policy of the Faculty of Law of the University of Murcia;

Juan Jose Nicolas Guardiola, president of the Association of Collegiate Criminologists Murcia and professor of Criminology Degree UCAM, and Andrés Pacheco Guevara, Judge of the Provincial Court of Murcia.

Victor Meseguer is director of the International Chair in Corporate Social Responsibility UCAM.
