Enhance the entrepreneurial skills of unemployed people, and to develop and support projects that promote youth employability and therefore contribute to the creation of new sustainable economic activities, it is the main objective of Generation Z, a theoretical and practical itinerary for the promoting entrepreneurship and employment, aimed at young people Murcia between 16 and 30 years, enrolled in the youth Guarantee System.
The initiative, promoted by the Catholic University through the Technological Institute (ITM) and financed by the European Social Fund, unfolds over six weeks an innovative methodology that hand experts employability and coaching, seeks to discover the professional skills and motivations of participants and their dream job, with the aim of forging an employment strategy with high chances of success.
Throughout the program, participants have access to a 'school of entrepreneurs' where they are given an overview of the world of business, while it encourages them to develop innovative and creative capabilities for generating ideas business, detecting market opportunities and business plan development.
They also have an accompanying program and personalized mentoring, online training, and plan visits to various incubators and companies to learn first-hand success stories of young entrepreneurs and businessmen.
The next September 14 will begin the first edition of this program, which will be deployed on the campus of Los Jeronimos.
