Councilman Employment, Tourism and Culture, Jesus Pacheco, this morning attended the closing of the First Course-organized Conducting Competition Orchestra and Choir led by Fernández Caballero and held in the Auditorium of Guadalupe.
After the course developed during this week, today was held the contest which has won Raul Lopez, who won a scholarship to cover the cost of the course in which participated students from other provinces and even countries like El Salvador and Paraguay.
Students have offered a course in which they have performed works such as Overture "Egmont" of LV Beethoven, Carmen Suite No. 1 G. Bizet and Symphony No. 8 in G of A. Dvorak.
The program, which has been aimed at all levels of education and directed by José Miguel Rodilla, Conductor and Professor of Orchestral Conducting at the Conservatory of Music of Murcia, have been dealt with various issues such as the figure of the conductor the study of gestural technique base, analysis of scores, analysis as a source of interpretation and planning technique a score.
The course has been supervised and coordinated by the president of the Choral Society Inmaculada Leal and artistic and musical director Francisco Jose Blanco Corbalan.
