Councilwoman Let's change Murcia Margarita Guerrero has called today for "first step" the decision of the Commission of Animal Welfare of the City, of which it is part, included in the draft of the new ordinance on keeping of animals of human coexistence ban installing circuses, booths or attractions with no pets.
Guerrero pointed out that this proposal was born from a motion that collected contributions of animal groups in the Region of Murcia, by its formation in January plenary, and he retired after local groups decided to treat it in the aforementioned Commission .
For the mayor, it is an "achievement" on the way to one of the objectives of Murcia's change, which is that the municipality will become a free space of animal abuse.
It has also emphasized that one of the purposes of the sectoral group Animal Rights its formation is to promote a model of free fun animal suffering.
Similarly, he expressed his desire that the proposal from the Commission, which after its wording is subject to public exposure and after the plenary, "comes to the end" and can materialize with full guarantees.
