The popular councilman Antonio Navarro Corchón, expressed his welfare with the car of the judgment on the High Speed, announcing that "we should be happy Murcia and that the AVE is not going to stop anyone."
Thus Corchón Navarro said, "The AVE is free of any obstacle of a legal nature", who has also said that "both the Regional Government and the Municipal People's Party, we were right."
The popular council has indicated that the judgment confirms the position that the Municipal People's Party has always been about, and said that "the award of the works of the first phase, at no time violated the environmental impact statement".
In this sense the popular councilman recalled that the Municipal People presented short time ago a motion to withdraw that automatic review stating that there were no such accredited environmental damage and that the works conform to the environmental impact statement.
Therefore, Corchón Navarro said that "requesting that the review of trade that the opposition both claimed and in which the High Court has finally given us reason to retire."
