The Governing Board has given the green light to several collaborative initiatives with entities involved in the care of people with neurological diseases, people with disabilities, volunteer program and Widows Association.
The amount allocated for these programs amounts to 27,500 euros.
More than 200 people from these four associations will be counseled, informed and attended by the four grants for development projects and development activities care.
Through the New Horizon Association of Murcia, which will have an amount of 12,000 euros for the development of its program of activities, will contribute to respite care, training will be enhanced in people with mental disabilities through leisure activities and workshops and integration of people with intellectual disabilities will be encouraged, enhancing their autonomy and personal skills.
It will serve approximately 20 people.
Parkinson's Patients Association Early Start and other neurological diseases Early Start (EPIT- ENIT) will have an amount of 6,000 euros for the project advisory services and information, physiotherapy and psychology.
It will serve approximately 20 people, assessing their physical, cognitive and psychological state, in order to adapt the intervention individually to each user.
For its part, the Association Volunteer Platform, will have an amount of 6,000 euros to implement its plan of actions aimed at carrying out activities promoting volunteerism, information, training and social awareness.
Finally, through the Association Viudas Salzillo, who will receive an amount of 3,500 euros, 180 beneficiaries develop comprehensive training programs and develop social volunteering actions, collaborating with public entities and associations.
