The University of Murcia (UMU) collaborate with the "Institute of Peace, Human Rights and Independent Living" partnership in the development of actions for the benefit of people with disabilities, under an agreement signed between the two entities.

This framework agreement provides practical work by students of the University in centers of the association and the implementation of program awareness regarding disability.

Collaboration, promoted by the professor of the Faculty of Education Nuria Ilan, will be held in the UMU through its Center for Disability Studies and Promotion of Personal Autonomy.
