The Governing Board has given the green light to the award of a grant amounting to 15,000 euros for the support and maintenance of animals accommodated in the premises of the SPCA and Plants 'The Cobijo Cañada Hermosa' this year.
The Shelter is a shelter of protection, housing and care of animals and plants, intended as a reference in Murcia, in addition to recovering abandoned animals, conducts awareness campaigns against abandoning pets, encourages the adoption and training in collaboration with associations of physical and intellectual disabilities and also work with the center of social insertion of Sangonera la Verde, through penitentiaries.
The association has offices, dressing rooms, treatment rooms and recovery care and maintenance, and covered kennels for animals, ensuring the collection and disposal of waste, and indoor air quality with aerated static.
