The City Council will offer a free service labor, tax and business advice to entrepreneurs in order to assist and facilitate the launch of new businesses in the municipality.
The Governing Board has given the green light to this measure, which has already announced the Mayor, José Ballesta, at a meeting held at the Center for Municipal Initiatives with more than 20 project leaders housed in these facilities.
Ballesta advanced that this new proposal would be launched this year to help entrepreneurs in their early stages, which are usually the most difficult.
It is ultimately a measure of support for these initiatives to encourage and facilitate the birth and consolidation of business activities and create a favorable environment for Murcia who creates employment environment.
The aim of this initiative, proposed by the Department of Employment, Tourism and Culture, who leads Jesus Pacheco, is to encourage entrepreneurship, facilitating the creation of businesses and encourage job creation and development of business activities in Murcia, with the attention on promoting entrepreneurship.
Thus, for the first time the City will subsidize the amount of the costs borne by entrepreneurs related legal costs of incorporation and providing professional legal services, tax, accounting and labor.
They shall be eligible for such aid the enterprises whose legal form is an individual (individual entrepreneur or community property);
legal entity (corporation);
micro;
small company;
up company (effective January 1, 2015) and have tax domicile or business establishment in the municipality of Murcia.
Applications should preferably be submitted in the Register of the City of Murcia, in the Apostles No. 1 square, and can be ordered from the day of publication in the Official Gazette of the Murcia region of the call and until 20 October 2016.
The maximum amount to be granted by request to each recipient of the financial aid of 3,000 euros will be convened according to the following:
• For eligible expenditures for legal, tax, accounting and employment 50 euros per month, with a maximum of 500 euros a year, when you do not have corporate form and 90 euros per month, with a maximum of 900 euros per year if it is a corporate.
• For corresponding to the notary fees earned by the granting of the notarial deed of limited partnership or limited new company, 150 euros per company-entrepreneur eligible costs.
The total amount of this aid amounts to 30,000 euros.
