Young entrepreneurs and executives from the region have participated in the training program 'Bank Financing: business valuation and negotiation', held at the UCAM.
The course, promoted by the ITM Institute of Technology Institution has addressed the changes introduced by the new European legislation on banking regulation, Basel III and appropriate to carry out a proper business valuation methodologies.
Throughout the different training sessions, more than forty attendees have known, of the hand of Pedro J. Garcia, Financial Factor, tools and criteria needed to cope with rigor the value of a company, especially taking into the return required by shareholders.
They have also worked on the developments and implications of Basel III introduces liquidity requirements and leverage of financial institutions, with particular emphasis on how this affects businesses in negotiating banking products.
