The building of convalescence, home of the Rector of the University of Murcia (UMU), has welcomed today the act of inauguration of the new rectors of Students, Carmen Ferrandiz, and Social Accountability, Transparency and Equality, María del Carmen López Aniorte, who take these positions to strengthen attention to these skills.
During his speech, the rector of the University of Murcia, José Orihuela, has insisted that these relays must be contemplated naturally, because they occur not because of any crisis, but within a dynamic and predictable team within the philosophy that inspires.
Orihuela has highlighted the merits of Lopez Aniorte Ferrándiz and teachers and, in another vein, has advanced the forthcoming implementation of the figure of the contracted researcher.
He also commented that following his appointment as chairman of the sectoral Students CRUE, which will force you to make continuous trips, has opted for a vicerrectorado dedicated to this matter, which will have as a great contributor to the new rector.
At the start of the event he took the floor the outgoing Vice Chancellor of Students, Quality and Equality, Miguel Angel Perez, who recalled the happiness of the day the team presiding Orihuela won the elections, now just over two years ago.
Then he referred to the main achievements during his tenure on fellowships, grants, equality and others, while highlighting the collaboration of the Student Council and in particular its president, Domingo Antonio Sanchez, and reiterating its loyalty to the rector, now, as quality coordinator.

Carmen Ferrándiz expressed his gratitude to the rector for the trust you have placed in it and had words of gratitude to the dean of the faculty, Antonio de Pro, and the teacher who introduced her research activities María Dolores Prieto and to remember who was Vice Chancellor for Student Norberto Navarro, now deceased.
Meanwhile, Maria del Carmen Lopez Aniorte, until now deputy secretary-general, said that the UMU has made a firm commitment to social responsibility, transparency and equality.
