Maria Crespo Montalt with your plate 'Mi Gitana', cooked on chickpeas, pumpkin, totanera and a creamy green bean, has been the winner of CreaMurcia of Gastronomy.
This young chef has won a prize of 1,000 euros.
The two runners have been for Jose Angel Sanchez 'The Evolution of my gypsy pot' and Facunda Sanchez cook the dish entitled 'Es-pear my Gitana'.
Both have received 350 euros.
The grand finale, which came nine cooks, was held at the premises of Tourism Qualification Center.
The jury was chaired by the Councillor for Youth and Development Cooperation, Rebeca Perez, and has the technical José Francisco Sancho Larrosa, David Lopez Carreno, Sergio Martinez Lopez, Jose Manuel Alacid and Juan Albaladejo Vivancos Garcia as secretary.
The main ingredient of dishes changes every year, this time the protagonist has been the traditional Murcian cuisine based on the gypsy stew pot or wheat.
With the winning recipes will be published a publication.
