The gastronomic CreaMurcia gathers 9 young chefs who will compete in the final morning at the Tourism Qualification Center.
Participants should cook your dish from 18:00 to 21:20 hours.
The winner gets a prize of 1,000 euros and two second prizes of 350 euros each will be awarded.
The winning recipes will be published and the winners will choose to participate in the Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean 2017.
The order of the finalists with their dishes are:
18: 00-20: 00 hours: Alejandro Medina Ibáñez 'Creamy Wheat with vegetables in mayonnaise soft texture and pumpkin'
18: 10-20: 10 hours Facunda Sanchez bathroom with 'Gypsy murciana Olla'
18: 20-20: 20 pm: Ricardo Lozano Alcázar with 'Coulant gypsy pot'
18: 30-20: 30 pm: David Salazar Luis Astudillo with 'murciano wheat stew and ravioli and crunchy fennel pork'
18:40 -20: 40 pm: Jose Angel Sanchez Martinez 'The evolution of my gypsy pot'
18: 50- 20:50 hours: Catalina Sánchez Costa with 'gypsy pot cream with candied vegetables and mint air (My little bit of vegetable gardens and orchards)'
19: 00- 21:00: Maria Crespo Montalt with 'My Gypsy'
19: 10- 21:10 hours: Marcelo Garcia Valero 'Falafel gypsy pot with pear sauce and pumpkin sauce'
19: 20- 21:20: Álavaro Vicente Gonzalez 'Rissoto wheat'.
The jury is chaired by the Councillor for Youth and Development Cooperation, Rebeca Perez, and has the technical José Francisco Sancho Larrosa, David Lopez Carreno, Sergio Martinez Lopez, Jose Manuel Alacid and Juan Albaladejo Vivancos Garcia as secretary.
Access to the final, which will be on Thursday at 18:00 pm at the Center for Tourism Qualification, have free access to the public.
