The Murcia Association of Consumers and Users CONSUMUR has learned through one of those affected, a technical failure that prevents the phone company Movistar provide voice services and data.
This incident which began last Saturday, May 7, affects many users of the Murcian hamlet of Raal, ignoring the organization if other areas are being affected.
The operator reports only through a locution existence of a technical fault and that their technicians are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
However, four days have already elapsed, and affected users still do not have information real extent of the impact and how long it will remain, having to resort to alternative means of communication.
CONSUMUR urges the company to report these details as well as the actual number of affected and if there are other affected areas.
It should be noted that last April Movistar another technical failure left many users, individuals and companies, without the services of voice and data.
The organization reminds that those affected are entitled to demand beyond ridiculous economic compensation current regulations, compensation for economic damages arising cutting services, as long as they can be accredited.
