The City of Murcia, through the Department of Sports and Health, who heads Felipe Coello, has collaborated in the program of health education in schools which have participated 500 children, specifically in the activities for jorandas diffusion habits healthy, which closes tomorrow from 11:00 to 14:00 hours in the University square (La Merced).

Specifically at 11:00 hours will be held workshops on making bookmarks with silhouettes of fruits and pens, distribution of vegetables and puppet theater.

At 12:00 hours there will be experiments with food, material that has been worked on auldas with the students of Colegio Virgen de la Vega Cobatillas.

In addition length measurements will be conducted and a workshop on the importance of self-esteem and desatuno and a healthy dinner will be held.

Murcia is one of the populations with higher rates of obesity and associated diseases, and therefore has initiated this education program conducted in schools La Cruz (El Campillo), Our Lady of the Angels (El Esparragal) Virgen de la Vega (Cobatillas) and Virgen del Rosario (La Cueva).
