Change Murcia, through its industry group Huerta and Model Town, has organized a cycling tour to raise awareness of the forgotten garden of Murcia, which will take place tomorrow, at 10:30 am heritage, and depart garden of the Three Cups to end at noon on the Old Bridge.
During the tour, participants will go through the old way of Monteagudo, the mill Batan, Palm Grove Zaraiche, the Castellar de Churra, the Alcayna tower mill Alfatego, the tower of the monks, the archaeological remains of Trail Granada, the Falcon tower, the mill of Love and Paseo del Malecón.
The aim of this initiative, low difficult and for which it is recommended to wear a helmet, comfortable, water, clothing and lunch, is to visit places that are part of the cultural, environmental and landscape heritage and are in a situation of vulnerability, as well as requiring the City Council to put them in value.
The training has invited the public to to join the march to demand the preservation of the garden of Murcia, one of the most emblematic of the city spaces and in recent years has suffered the consequences of urbanism to the letter, predation of their natural values ​​and the lack of territorial planning by local government.
