Thousands of young people enjoyed yesterday afternoon and an evening full of activities, workshops, music and exhibitions organized by the Department of Youth and Development Cooperation within the #Murciasemueve initiative.
Artillery Barracks hosted nearly 7,000 youth, who completed the capacity available.
Councilwoman Rebecca Perez showed today his "satisfaction with the broad participation of young people who, besides attending musical performances and witness the demonstrations that took place, did not hesitate when intervene in workshops and various activities developed ".
Among them, the entertainment areas, food, fashion, beauty and a busy space video game giant screens, plus performances by skaters and dancers, flash mobs, barber shops for hipsters looks, food tasting, simulators Formula 1 team Red Bull or displays of graffiti artists.
The night was completed with performances by Nunatak, Miss Caffeina and Viva Sweden.
Perez also said #Murciasemueve has shown that "there is another way of relating to young people and the city of Murcia and will now continue to demonstrate that they can do more to develop their talents, explore other cultural channels and access new ways to enjoy leisure time. "
All with the goal set to "increase youth participation, activate young Murcia and are aware that they have the City Council available as useful, accessible and effective tool to meet their needs."
