The Minister of Education and Universities, Maria Isabel Sanchez-Mora, inaugurated the eighth edition of the cultural week of Secondary Education José Plans hamlet of Murcia Espinardo, held until next Friday, April 22 today.
After the ceremony a partnership between the center and the institute Gulio Caesar Bari (Italy) was performed, since both centers work in international projects and in areas of common interest.
For five days, the center hosts workshops, exhibitions and conferences focused on the commemoration of the International Year of dried vegetables.
Today's activities are scheduled classical and scientific culture through theater and a day of socio-humanistic cultural coexistence between José Plans and schools Francisco Salzillo Sewer and Mariano Baquero of Murcia.
Tomorrow, Tuesday will be a day of socio-humanistic and musical coexistence, under the title 'I invite you to my table', between the aforementioned institutes.
On Wednesday there will be storytellers and a talk about energy.
Thursday are expected math workshops and a conference on web positioning.
While Friday will mark the day the book '400 years of passion: Cervantes and Shakespeare'.
On the other hand, the Science Fair, in which all students at the school also participate, expects to gather these days to more than 700 students and will serve for immersion activities in the areas of physics, chemistry, technology, biology and mathematics .

The Minister Maria Isabel Sanchez-Mora stressed the importance of holding cultural weeks in schools "to awaken scientific vocations and interest in learning beyond the classroom" and congratulated the teachers of the institute Jose Plans for this initiative.
