"The legal means should continue and, therefore, before the administrative silence should open a process of appeal by the City of Murcia".
This was expressed by the spokesman of the Socialist Municipal Group, José Ignacio Gras, which considers that, after three months without a response from the Ministry of Public Works in relation to the ex officio review of the works of the AVE, the City must comply with the agreements of the Plenary Municipal about it and proceeding to initiate the relevant procedures to appeal.
"The appeal is not a stoppage of work and not hinder in any way the political work on this issue, so it is a logical step for the city of Murcia," insisted Gras.
Socialist spokesman noted, however, that in addition to allowing the legal means to continue, "the City Council should continue doing politics and, from it, demanding again that agreements are respected, in compliance with the comprehensive underground from road Tiñosa" .
In addition, Gras has reiterated that it is urgent that the Board of Directors of ADIF rule and clarify what exactly their plans, and that the Monitoring Committee of the Soterramiento work properly to provide and exchange information on the works of the AVE.
"From the Socialist Group will continue to uphold the AVE reach Murcia and the excavation of the routes is from the beginning, as reflected in the agreement of 2006. That is the way," concluded the spokesman of the PSOE .
