The councilman of Social Rights, Conchita Ruiz Caballero, has participated this morning in the presentation of 'Forward' project, the CEPAIM Foundation.
The initiative, said Ruiz Caballero, "is an important step in the process to bridge the gap in employment between men and women, especially for those women who suffer double discrimination of their gender and in social exclusion ".
In addition, explained the Minister of Social Rights, which "through a series of actions that include, from training and support for their territorial mobility, not to mention such essential aspects as awareness on equality, or as innovative as psychological support, many of these women need, it pays special attention to women victims of gender violence ".
As usual, "the CEPAIM Foundation and the City of Murcia maintain close cooperation in its development in all actions take place in our town, in the care of particular cases and in aspects of technical or logistical support development the various actions envisaged in the draft required ", said Ruiz Caballero.
This project is integrated as an essential support for the referral of women victims of gender violence and women in situations of social exclusion served by municipal services, forming part of the network resource being configured in the Municipal Network for Social Inclusion promoted by the Department of Social Rights and the part the CEPAIM Foundation, along with other entities in the municipality.
