The Supreme Court will decide who is to bear the costs of the special plan of infrastructure in the north, after the appeal raised by the City Council after the judgment of the Chamber for Contentious the Supreme Court annulling the plan.
This ruling is based on some expert reports argue that not all infrastructure must be borne by the owners, since some of them are considered general system.
It refers to sewage networks, water supply, telecommunications, power supply, etc.
On the contrary, the position of municipal technicians has been that such infrastructure should afford them the promoters.
"It is therefore a technical issue and the Supreme Court will finally decide who is to bear the costs," said Antonio Navarro, Town Planning, Environment and Huerta.
