The Association for the Conservation and Heritage Huerta de Murcia (Huermur) has requested this morning at the Ministry of Culture its personación in the case brought at the request of the Civil Guard statement for the BIC site of the Royal Salinas de Sangonera
This morning Huermur has submitted a letter to the Directorate General of Cultural Assets of the Ministry of Culture to communicate their personación in the proceedings initiated at the request of the Civil Guard, which requested the initiation of the same in order to ensure the protection and conservation of the Royal Salinas de Sangonera dating from the thirteenth century, urging its declaration as Cultural interest with the category of place of ethnographic interest.
Likewise, the conservationist association has contributed to the process with the application of personación, numerous documents concerning the historical values ​​of the Royal Salinas de Sangonera, in the end of the hamlet of Murcia Sangonera la Seca.
Since this association is to highlight the importance of cultural assets that comprise these salt interior, and its importance in contributing to the history of Murcia, so it was decided to make themselves known in this procedure to support the work of the Meritorious in the custody of their heritage.
