Lorca campus today and tomorrow hosts the Second Conference of University Educational Guidance, in which secondary schools in the city will know the academic offerings of the two public universities in the region.
At this meeting, which is organized by the Faculty of Sociosanitary of the University of Murcia (based in Lorca campus) and the Youth Council of the municipality, it shall be informed of about 70 undergraduate degrees offered by the University of Murcia and UPCT, in addition to the programs offered by the Open University, which also has one of its headquarters on this campus.
The Faculty of Sociosanitary, in particular, will show its offer degrees in Nursing and Human Nutrition and Dietetics during lectures, panel discussions, workshops and guided visits scheduled.
It has also promoted the exhibition "Women at the University of Murcia" and "Corporations in the Region of Murcia", as well as activities and experiences made by the students of the center, such as the anatomical exploration, the practice of electrocardiography and the presentation of the basics of Nursing and Nutrition.
