2) Plan of applications, services and activities, identifying the areas and the services or activities to which they are intended.

3) Plan promotion and marketing, in line with the plans for dissemination and interpretation of heritage, as well as market research.

4) Plan evaluation or monitoring, that includes specific dates for review and evaluation of each of the partial plans.

The winning company must have a multidisciplinary team that includes the following professional profiles: architects, engineers, archaeologists, restorers, economists and tourism experts.
