The spokesman of the Socialist Municipal Group, José Ignacio Gras, defend in Parliament next Thursday a motion that the mayor José Ballesta report to each ordinary session of the Plenary of the efforts on the implementation of the agreements of the last plenary publication and level of implementation.
With this initiative, the PSOE wants the team's governing Popular Party is serious about fulfilling the agreements of the Plenary, as are many approved initiatives that have not been launched.
These include the establishment of a Monitoring Committee on the underground and the arrival of the AVE, the Bureau of Public Transportation or the Covenant Local for Employment.
Other agreements unfulfilled are organizing a tribute to the Quakers who helped children during the Civil War, measures on public safety in Espinardo or lighting and conditioning of certain municipal gardens.
For the Council to report on the agreements, the motion provides that in addition to the publication of the minutes of the plenary, on the website of the City is published in detail and individualized extract each of the agreements, and sent to the media in the city, through the Municipal Press Office, as stated in Article 33.3 of the Basic Regulation of the plenary.
The Municipal Group PSOE will defend on Thursday eleven other motions that have to do with a plan for sustainable investment, improving roads and entrances to the city, clean boulevards, maintaining centers of adult education and the draft new day centers for elderly care.
Also, the annulment of the Partial Plan of Monte Liso in Santo Angel, the rejection of the agreement on refugees between the EU and Turkey, reuse of books, assisted reproduction treatment and the establishment of the Health Council Area.
