Through the home help service it is currently serving more than 1,700 users in social vulnerability, thereby favoring the permanence in their usual living environments and ensuring domestic and personal care services.
Throughout 2015 a total of 1,947 people were assisted users by 318 assistants and home helps employed a total of 365,479 hours of care in homes.
For the city of Murcia is a priority guarantee and ensure care and care for the thousands of users of home help and has been contemplated for the Monitoring Committee of Trade, held this morning to review the contract for the provision Service Home Care in the municipality of Murcia, in which participated representatives of all local political groups and municipal services involved and responsible for the execution of the contract.
The company in charge of the Service home help in the municipality of Murcia strictly fulfills its obligations with regard to the attention of users and under close supervision and monitoring of municipal technicians, considering the object of the contract and the technical requirements set out in the specification in force.
Furthermore, unanimously and in the light of the proposals, it has agreed to request from the managing service to the contractor commercial contract, documentation concerning certain aspects, such as economic solvency, contained in its technical proposal and improvements, monetised and that directly affect the performance of the contract form.
This documentation will be reviewed by the municipal technical service responsible for the contract in coordination with legal services and procurement, the Commission again announcing public to know and analyze the resulting documentation.
The technicians of the different services involved in the recruitment process and its management have clarified all the issues that have been raised.
During the meeting it was stressed that the clarifications have been requested in relation to certain aspects contained in the reports issued and new records required to continue the work of analysis and assessment cited by the Commission be provided will be presented.
