The city of Murcia will host for the first time the awards ceremony of the Ruralmur awards.

This fourth edition of the awards will be held on Thursday, March 10 from 20:30 at the Craft Centre of the Region of Murcia.

Ruralmur is an association whose aim is to promote the consumption of Murcia products, its gastronomy, support and promote culture and artistic production murciana and to value their landscape heritage

Councilman Employment, Tourism and Culture of the City of Murcia, Jesus Pacheco, this morning attended the presentation of the gala which have announced the following winners:

Honorary Award: Sausages Cañete

Sport Award: Miguel Angel Lopez.

Athlete

Joseph Simon (Murcia Tourist): Promotion of Murcia Award

Disclosure Heritage Award: Angel Rios (official Cronista White)

Award Art and Culture: Nono García (painter)

D'Genes: Association Award.

Rare Disease Association (headquartered in Totana)

Teodoro Garcia: Broadcasting Award.

Institution Award: City of Cieza.

Also prizes will be awarded in categories such as tourism, crafts and cuisine.
