Campus Jeronimos UCAM has welcomed this morning showcooking on hand truffles Colombian chef Sebastian Lopez, head of the gastronomic project Foodsion & Passion.
Throughout the morning, the chef has created by the chef of the Degree in Gastronomy, Pablo Gomez, three-course truffle had as main element.
The product has arrived this morning at the University of the hand of the company Alicante truffles, truffles Jimenez.
The dishes prepared by the chef, have been tasted by attendees as the 'golden with Arab mashed banana and eggplant with coconut milk', 'pancetta low temperature with truffled rice and mushrooms', and dessert' tiramisu lucuma with truffle aroma '.
In addition, the head of Truffles Jimenez gave a presentation which explained the steps necessary for the cultivation of truffles, its growth area, or use season and each of the types of truffles.
The event, which was organized by the Degree in Gastronomy UCAM has attended dozens of people, including students and teachers of the University.
