The Department of Education and Youth, directed by María Dolores Sánchez, offers activities such as English camps and water sports for children between 8 and 12 years.
The Governing Board has awarded today definitely two camps, that of 'Sailing and Canoeing in the Mar Menor (CAR Los Narejos)' and the 'English, sport and Mar Menor (San Pedro del Pinatar)', in favor of Olympic Wrestling Federation and Associated Disciplines of the Region of Murcia, with an investment of 61,600 euros and 19,800 euros respectively.
Sailing in the camp and kayak in the Mar Menor is held in the beach water sports including sailing, canoeing, sailing and skiing and other Olympic sports, and trip to the Island and Calblanque Perdiguera.
Will be held from 12 to 19 July (45 seats for 3rd and 4th Primary), from 19 to 26 July (45 seats for 3rd and 4th grade) and from 26 July to 2 August (50 seats for 5 and 5th Primary .)
In the English camp, sports and Mar Menor are planned activities such as basketball, badminton, water sports and beach, and daily English classes with native teachers.
Will be held from 26 July to 2 August (there are 50 seats for 3rd and 4th Primary).
Likewise, education offers 260 more seats for children the same ages in sports and nature camps in the Valley, hiking in Las Fuentes del Marqués (Caravaca), multi-adventure in Las Nogueras of Nerpio (Albacete), and environmental activities Calnegre.
The camps have a duration of 8 days and a price of 220 euros.

Youth Exchanges
Moreover, the Governing Board has awarded the service also monitors the Municipal Youth Exchange Initiative for Leisure and Recreation, Ltd. The investment is 31,590 euros.
The Youth Council offers 237 places for young people between 13 and 25 years involved in youth exchanges.
On this occasion there were 31 exchanges in Germany, Finland, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Turkey, France, Poland, Morocco, Luxembourg, Malta, Estonia, Portugal and Belgium.
With topics as varied as Europe, nature, dance, art, environment, eco-citizenship, 26 th International Music Week in Luxembourg, European II Cultural Week in Germany, European flavors, archeology, photography and adventure, among many others.
All exchanges are done between June and August, with an approximate duration of one week.
The price of trade is maintained, compared to last year, ranging between 275 and 375 euros.
