Those interested in purchasing a house with some kind of protection anywhere in the city will from now the most simple, complete and direct the Municipal Office to Support Access to Housing.
The Mayor, Miguel Angel House and the President of the Association of Real Estate in the Region of Murcia (APIRM), Juan Hernandez, has formalized this morning an agreement whose purpose is to provide citizens access to decent housing, encouraging all available information on the current and future.
The Municipal Office of Learning and Access to Housing thus becomes a "single window" since through it will move to potential buyers information on all promotions driven in neighborhoods and districts related to the 250 APIRM.
The agreement includes all new buildings in the neighborhoods and districts that have provisional classification of housing.
The work of the Office will not only spread the existing housing supply.
It will also be offered advice on various grants and subsidies that different government made available to prospective owners.
