The technical coordinator of the Training Workshops Montserrat municipal Jaime Delgado, has been honored with 'Antonio Ruiz Jiménez' good practice in prevention of occupational hazards, which gives the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment.
The trainer, who works for the Department of Employment, Civil Protection and Development Cooperation, is responsible for programs to prevent occupational hazards that are taught in all workshops and courses offered by the Department.
Employment with the project 'Zero Accidents', a plan for self-protection to prevent occupational hazards.
Over 400 students of the Training Workshops, Workshop on Employment and courses have been trained in various occupational hazards.
Beatriz Hontoria stressed that the Department of Employment is essential that all students are trained in prevention of occupational hazards and not start any training activity without first having given the basics on this topic.
The Department of Employment nominated Jaime Delgado Montserrat Award granted by the Autonomous Community.
These awards are granted to companies and workers who are distinguished by their good practices in risk prevention.
