The complex has required an investment of over EUR 5 million at the service of Murcia:

- 3 swimming pools: one teaching, 12.50 x 8 m, a versatile 25 x 12.5 m, and a playful, DE11, 6 x 3.2 m
- Spa with Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, outdoor jacuzzi and showers.

- Gym: with a cardio room, another personal training, a multipurpose hall and an indoor cycling
- Cafeteria 145 m2 in an annexe
The sports complex has more than 4,200 m2, distributed over four floors.
Thus, in the basement is an indoor cycling room and locker rooms that serve the sports halls and the paddle, on the ground floor are located two glasses water-education-race and multi-area and spa changing rooms for swimming pool users-adults, children and disabled, while on the first floor three rooms have been set up sports, fitness and training activities for custom-, being the last for facility management.
Outside are the 6 -1 paddle-tiered, parking, cafeteria and landscaping.
With the architectural design, run and managed by the architectural firm "ad-hoc msl, has sought the creation of a single technical area and equipped with different folds that surrounds the various spaces and protects.
The surface, extruding a line east-west, protect the premises of the road and through the eyepiece, provides an intimate relationship with the mountain, working out, curtain walls set back links to the garden perimeter.

Verdolay Sports Center joins a network of facilities sponsored by the Government in cooperation with private enterprise, which has allowed those responsible for building and managing complex, subject to the rules and the Administration set prices .
Inacua, Barrio del Carmen, was the first facility set up under this type of administrative concession, which later joined the Fleet Center, the head of Torres and JC1.
