Emergency health services have treated and transferred to the hospital a man who has been affected by the inhalation of smoke in the fire of a vehicle that occurred early this morning inside a garage in the Murcian district of La Alberca.
On 1-1-2 he received at 6.23 hours, a call informing of the fire inside a garage on Calderón de la Barca street in that district.
Local police patrols, firefighters from the Murcia City Council's Fire Fighting and Rescue Service have been mobilized to the place and, at their request to attend to a person affected by smoke, an ambulance with medical personnel from the Emergency Management and Health Emergencies 061.
After being stabilized by the health workers, the injured man (a 53-year-old male) was transferred by ambulance to the "Virgen de la Arrixaca" hospital in Murcia with poisoning from smoke inhalation and bruises.
For their part, the firefighters considered the fire extinguished and returned to their base at 7.35 am.
