Emprende AEMA is the name of the platform created by the Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism.

The Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism, led by councilor Pedro García Rex, has launched Emprende AEMA, a web portal specialized in green entrepreneurship, whose objective is to become a point of reference for interested entrepreneurs, institutions and organizations in the green economy and sustainable development. This morning, "Murcia Inicia" and AEMA presented the new portal during the course of an online conference on green entrepreneurship, where the latest developments in this area were announced, as well as examples of some successful entrepreneurs in the municipality. The Emprende AEMA portal will offer users information on the latest developments in environmental entrepreneurship and any type of aid and events related to a sector that is becoming the engine of change in a new economic model based on sustainability. Participants: requirements and registration form Interested persons may be part of the project, completely free of charge, by filling out the registration form that appears on the aforementioned website.
Among the requirements that the participants must meet are being a startup with a maximum of 5 years old, having an orientation towards sustainability, the environment, innovation and circularity and being willing to establish synergies between the environmental ecosystem.
Entrepreneurs who have a project not yet constituted may also participate. The mayor in charge Pedro García Rex stressed that "the new portal will be a meeting point that will allow the green entrepreneurs of the municipality to establish direct contacts, make their projects visible, connect initiatives and generate synergies".
