The Contentious Court number 5, has condemned the Murcia City Council to revert the actions of the Qualifying Court, on the second exercise of the Oppositions to Commissioner of the Local Police Corps, when declaring said act contrary to law. The act to be reversed by court ruling occurs due to the lack of motivation of the Opposition Court itself, when responding to the Inspector who had appealed the result obtained in one of the tests of the selection process . The judgment describes that from the administrative file carried out by the Court, there are no minutes of the interviews for the second year that the Qualifying Court should have drawn up; There are also no recordings of those interviews and it is not even known what note each of the members of the Court put on the appellant, nor on the rest of the applicants. The sentence continues, which is added to all the above, that once the appellant presented his claim, it was not explained to him because the Court, and specifically each of its members, decided impose a grade and not a higher or lower one, nor in which extremes they had lacked or disagreed, and even why they had scored differently from other applicants. In addition to this court ruling, which shows the lack of transparency of the selective process in which the positions of Commissioner in the Local Police of Murcia were covered, it should be noted that already in another court, there was also has accepted another complaint filed, in this case by a Deputy Inspector, before the process carried out by the Qualifying Court in the Opposition for Inspector of the Murcia Local Police Corps. The Public Employees Union -SIME-, the majority union in the consistory, had already expressed at the General Negotiating Table, its total disagreement with the bases, especially for the selection system, tests and contents chosen in each and every one of the selective promotion processes in the Local Police Corps. Being the only union that after the reference study with other police forces, elaborated and presented different proposals of bases, contents and processes, updated and oriented to the management of human and operational resources, which in addition ½s of guaranteeing â € œtransparencyâ € ?? of the selection processes, also guarantee the capacity of management, leadership and "suitability of the applicants", although the City Council decided to approve the processes presented by the Local Police Service itself .
