| For not complying with the limitation of night mobility, 169 files have been opened and for not respecting the territorial restriction, 66 | The Local Police has imposed this weekend, from Friday 8 to Saturday 10 January, a total of 687 complaints for breaching the rules issued by the health authorities to minimize the spread of the coronavirus. Most of them have been for not wearing a mask, for not complying with the night mobility limitation and for not respecting the territorial restriction, with 296, 169 and 66 respectively. Since the new regulations came into force, the Local Police has imposed 1,523 penalties for exceeding the number of 6 non-living persons per group and 1,323 for breaching the territorial restriction. Likewise, compliance with the curfew has been monitored with the opening of a total of 3,008 files. For smoking without maintaining a safe distance, 684 penalties have been imposed. A total of 22,951 people have been sanctioned for not using or using the mask incorrectly since the regulations came into force on July 18. In terms of exceeding the capacity in vehicles, 1,612 files have been opened. Finally, sanctions have been imposed on 603 sanctions to locals, for various reasons, mostly for not having suspended the activity of the nightclub and for failing to comply with closing hours.
