Close collaboration with SEMAS In parallel, the City Council collaborates with the Food Bank through direct aid and by making the Mobile Social and Family Rights Service (SEMAS) available to the entity, for the distribution of food to vulnerable families. An initiative promoted by Eurogroup This project has been promoted by Ricardo V zquez, administrator and founder of Eurogroup, who highlights that “as part of society, in the fruit and vegetable food chain we want to support the most vulnerable people and families.
