In this way, within the framework of these works, Murcia has become, together with Seville, one of the only two Spanish cities to adhere to the declaration of circular cities, Circular Cities, a commitment to continue advancing in the path to transition to a circular and sustainable economy. It is a declaration signed by a group of 35 cities from different countries that will allow European local and regional governments to communicate interventions in a circular economy, giving them support and dissemination, providing a vision A shared circular city and establish a network of organizations committed to sustainability, sharing their experiences, challenges and successes. Some of these cities come from countries such as Albania, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Norway, Slovenia and Sweden, among others.
