[The Housing Service and the Rasinet Foundation launch a project for advice and training in housing matters (18/12/2020)

| The initiative is aimed at both tenant families and those seeking rental housing who need guidance n specialized | The Governing Board has today given the green light to the grant agreement, for an amount of 6,000 euros, to the Rasinet Federation for the implementation of the support actions of the Murcia Rent program on advice and training in housing matter. The project is aimed at both the tenant families of municipal housing and the applicants of a rental housing who need information, advice and guidance on this matter. In this way, a specialized information and guidance service will be offered to people who come to the Housing Service and need support for access to rental housing in the free market in decent conditions, offering them personalized advice.

Detailed information will also be provided about the measures and aid implemented to mitigate the effects of the crisis derived from the pandemic. Likewise, various online training workshops on housing will be launched for all citizens who wish to receive timely and accurate information on housing and Covid-19, the Urban Leasing Law and energy efficiency and savings in the homes.
