ü Verify that the food is in good condition before consuming.
ü During preparation and cooking, ensure that raw and processed foods do not come into contact.
ü Put cooked food in the refrigerator as soon as it reaches the right temperature, well protected by airtight and clean containers.
ü As for the most perishable foods, ensure that the shortest possible time elapses between preparation and consumption.When consuming food: ü Before consuming fruits and vegetables, especially raw, wash them very well, and if possible sanitize them, for example with a few drops of bleach for food use.
ü Do not consume raw food that has not been preserved at the proper temperature before consumption.
