In the written record, a reference will be made to the file of the audio or video recording indicating its digital summary (hash) to ensure its integrity and the non-alteration of its multimedia content after the record is signed.The minutes in electronic format will be a multimedia document made up of a text that specifies the meeting place, day, month and year, name and surname of the president, councilors present and those absent, ordinary or extraordinary nature of the session and attendance of the Secretary or Controller when concurrent, agenda, voting, incidents and time when the mayor adjourns the session.The minutes, once the draft of each session has been approved, will be recorded in the corresponding Minute Book.
