| The Employment service promotes these agreements with ASPAYM, FAMDIF / COCEMFE, Proyecto Abraham and Radio ECCA | The Governing Board has approved in its session today the signing of four grant agreements, promoted by the Employment Service directed by the mayor Pedro García Rex, with the Association of Paraplegics and Largely Disabled of the Region of Murcia (ASPAYM), for an amount of 6,000 euros; the Federation of Murcian Associations of People with Physical and / or Organic Disabilities FAMDIF / COCEMFE Murcia, for an amount of 6,000 euros; and the Asociación Proyecto Abraham, for a total of 7,900 euros.ASPAYMThe agreement with ASPAYM is signed in order to provide project participants with both the information, guidance and professional qualification necessary for the personal, labor and social promotion of people who are at risk or in a situation of vulnerability, from a comprehensive intervention dimension.The fundamental objectives of this agreement are to instruct and / or complement training through courses, conferences, congresses, seminars or colloquia that result in the employability of the paraplegic and severely disabled group to achieve their personal autonomy and that they can achieve inclusion in the labor market , covering their needs and demands in activities of daily life, training, cultural, sports, occupational and coexistence.FAMDIF / COCEMFEFor its part, the purpose of the agreement signed with FAMDIF / COCEMFE Murcia is the detection and resolution of situations of social exclusion in which disabled people frequently live, the study of the causes, obtaining material and human resources that can reduce them and, Ultimately, to allow them to have autonomy in the shortest possible time according to the principles of accessibility, integration and standardization.Abraham ProjectRegarding the agreement with Proyecto Abraham, its purpose is to carry out a series of training and employment actions for people at risk and / or social exclusion, through the development of the "Atelier El Costurerico job placement project".
Among the specific objectives pursued by this agreement are the reception, initial diagnosis and assignment of more appropriate tasks to the participating women; as well as the improvement of employability and the promotion of personal and social skills.ECCA radioThe last of the agreements, without financial contribution, is the approval of the extension of collaboration with Radio ECCA, whose objective is to promote the social and labor insertion of people in need of improving their level of training, transmitting education to the majority of the population and contributing in this way to the challenges of integration, training and education that today's society posesThese agreements approved today at the Governing Board acquire special relevance due to the crisis situation caused by Covid-19 and the need to continue promoting the measures and actions of the Murcia City Council's Economic and Social Reactivation Plan.
