The agreements signed arise from the collaboration and commitment of the Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism with the economic and social agents to advance in the development of the 'Plan Reinicia' for the economic reactivation of the municipalityThe head of the Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism, Pedro García Rex, has today signed three collaboration agreements with the president of OMEP, Carmen Botella, the general coordinator of ATA in Murcia, Paco Casado; and the president of AJE, Ginés Ángel García, with the aim of promoting the business fabric, employment and entrepreneurship in Murcia.These agreements are signed at the request of the Economic Promotion service to reinforce the Council's commitment to the economic and social agents and advance in the development of the 'Plan Reinicia' for the economic reactivation of the municipality."From the Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism we are going to continue working to provide all our support to the groups that generate employment and wealth," said Mayor García Rex.In this sense, he stressed that "with the signing of these agreements, for a total amount of 45,000 euros, we are supporting the entrepreneurial culture among our young people, we also improve the advice and training of Murcian freelancers, we favor the elimination of barriers with which our businesswomen are and we collaborate to implement actions that improve the employability of people who have more difficulties accessing the labor market.Specifically, the agreements signed today with OMEP, for a total of 20,000 euros; and with ATA, for an amount of 10,000 euros, they are subscribed to promote the economic fabric and strengthen the business ecosystem of Murcia, thus fostering associations and contributing to the development of networks of companies collaborating with the City Council in order to support the employment and self-employment.For its part, the agreement with AJE, which represents an amount of 15,000 euros, aims to generate programs aimed at promoting the start-up and development of companies that are starting their activity, in order to facilitate the creation and consolidation of companies young Murcian women, promote job creation and contribute to the maintenance and growth of the business fabric, adapting to the situation generated by Covid-19.Similarly, the head of the Department has ensured that "these collaboration agreements will allow us to design effective and valuable proposals that respond to the real needs of our business fabric and the group of unemployed in adverse circumstances." "We are convinced that only through unity of action between the different administrations and the economic and social agents will we be able to overcome the current complex situation, we hope that the signing of these agreements will serve to achieve our objective", García Rex concluded.
