The City Council, through the Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration led by José Guillén, joins the public awareness campaign on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).Several monuments and spaces in the city of Murcia are illuminated today, starting at 8:00 p.m., in orange color on the occasion of TDHA Day in Spain, which is celebrated today, October 27.
Specifically, the Moneo Building, Avenida Alfonso X, Murcia Río and the Manterola catwalk will be illuminated to raise awareness of the Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder, which affects more than 1,500 students in the Region of Murcia.
The City Council thus responds to the call of the Association for Assistance to Attention Deficit with More or Less Hyperactivity (ADAHI) to raise awareness and make visible about this behavioral disorder of neurological and environmental origin, characterized by inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity .
