This union has already denounced before the Murcia City Council, the Media and even the Prosecutor's Office, the policy of dancing positions and appointments under the discretion and arbitrariness of the finger of civil servant positions.Today we have breakfast with another nonsense beyond all logic, since positions are modified, created or destroyed in order to adapt them to the official to solve a "political controversy" in relation to the Head of General Services Position and continue with its system of the magic finger, which has led us to register a letter before the councilor responsible for personnel issues expressing: "That the position should not be adapted to the official, but should be generated responding to public service needs of the citizenry and respecting access to these with due transparency and publicity to all municipal workers who meet the requirements of the contests or free designation contests that are enabled thus complying with the basic constitutional principles of equality, merit and capacity in the assignment of positions in public administrations, and that is why we do not share this mediatic and politicized dance of positions ".The creation, modification or elimination of positions in public administrations should not obey the arbitration of loyalties or political strategy seems basic but it is something that in our opinion we have been suffering in our city council for 20 years, and that instead of being fixed, it becomes entrenched and magnificent.Something smells bad in all this, because if there was nothing to hide, they would not have to steal information from our union section and it does not help to think well, that those who report these situations are harassed, such as our union delegate who is persecuted so much in his Union action as in their professional work, but of course ...

this kind of harassment does not seem to interest, it is not mediatic, nor that of the General Administration Technician who served in the Local Police, they do not serve to animate the political show .This Union will continue to denounce the "Magic Finger" even if we are left alone in this titanic struggle that no one seems to be interested in but that does greatly affect the independence of the official's political power and therefore the independence of the public function.
