| José Ballesta: "You are part of the City Council, an institution placed at the service of Murcian and Murcian citizens, and for all of them you must carry out your duties with the utmost excellence" | The mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, together with the councilor for Pedanías and Barrios, Marco Antonio Fernández, presided this morning at the inauguration of 17 technicians from the General Administration of the City Council, held in the Plenary Hall of the City Council."The professionals who have taken office this morning represent professionalism, dedication and determination to work to achieve a goal, which in this case is your appointment," said José Ballesta, who added that "you are part of the City Council, of an institution put at the service of all Murcians, and for them you must now develop your functions with maximum excellence, with the utmost attention, care, effectiveness and efficiency of your work ”.The 17 professionals who have been appointed career officials as General Administration Technicians will work in the Department of Commerce, Markets and Public Roads; Promotion; Districts and neighborhoods; Culture and Recovery of Heritage; Sustainable Development and Huerta; Citizen Security and Economic Management; Sports and Health; and Early Childhood Education and Schools.

Specifically, the Governing Board approved the appointment as career officials of the new professionals on September 25.The event was also attended by the councilor for Development, Mario Gómez, the councilor for Sustainable Development and Huerta, Antonio Navarro, the mayor of Citizen Security and Economic Management, Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, the councilor for Culture and Heritage Recovery, Jesús Pacheco, the mayor of Urban Agenda and Open Government, Mercedes Bernabé, and the Councilor for Commerce, Markets and Public Roads, Juan Fernando Hernández.
