| The City Council, through the Personnel Service that depends on the Department of Neighborhoods and Pedanías, directed by Marco Antonio Fernández, carries out constant work to increase the workforce of the Local Police | The Governing Board has approved the appointment as career officials of three Local Police officers, for the free shift corresponding to the Public Job Offers of 2016 and 2017.The City Council, through the Personnel Service that depends on the Department of Neighborhoods and Pedanías, directed by Marco Antonio Fernández, carries out constant work to increase the staff of the Local Police.

On June 1, 44 aspiring Local Police officers began their training at the academy.To these, 64 places are added of which the selection processes are currently being carried out, and another 16 of mobility that come from other municipalities such as Cieza, Alhama, Yecla, Jumilla or Beniel.
