| The maintenance service of the charging stations for electric vehicles will guarantee the safety of users | The Governing Board has approved the award of the service for an amount of 16,456 euros and a period of two yearsThe Governing Board has approved this morning the award, by means of a reduced simplified open procedure, with a plurality of criteria, of the "Maintenance service of the public recharging stations for electric vehicles of the Murcia City Council", in favor of the commercial company Regenera Levante, SL for an amount of 16,456 euros and a period of two years from next November 1.Murcia City Council has six public recharging stations for electric vehicles, the result of the City Council's commitment to environmental matters and its energy policy.
These stations are located on Jaime I el Conquistador street (two stations), Glorieta de España, Plaza Circular, Avenida Río Segura and Paseo de Florencia.Preventive maintenance operationsIn this way, the correct operation of the charging stations and their safety requires the execution of preventive maintenance operations to ensure the durability of the facilities in the future.In addition to technical assistance for possible user problems, it is also necessary to carry out actions related to telephone assistance to users, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.Telephone assistance to usersThe successful tenderer must place the user assistance telephone number at each charging station in a legible way, in addition to informing the service promoting the contract.The telephone service must be available at least from 9:00 a.m.
to 7:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
Through this telephone assistance to users, the necessary instructions should be given to users who request it so that they can safely recharge and try as far as possible to manage possible repairs remotely.Management platformPreventive maintenance mainly consists of the daily control of the status of the charging stations, through the management platform and a monthly report of the status of each charging station, including the incidents detected in each one with the correction times.Likewise, the verification that the charging stations are updated and functional and an annual preventive visit with a complete review of each installation, including the necessary inspection points according to the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation and issuing a report of the checks carried out at the service promoter.Corrective maintenanceCorrective maintenance will consist of the repair of breakdowns that could not be avoided with preventive maintenance, or that already exist prior to the start of the contract or breakdowns that have not been repaired via telephone or telematics while assisting a user.Labor and the consequent displacements of a corrective maintenance of the recharging stations that are the object of the contract are included in the contract price.Local Electric Vehicle StrategyServices like the one approved today are linked to initiatives launched by the Government Team such as the Local Electric Vehicle Strategy, which represents the most important milestone in terms of support policies for the electric vehicle carried out so far in the City Council .
