Pleyel, Old Coin and Ruto Neón will compete in the CreaMurcia Pop Rock final this Friday (30/09/2020)

The event, for the first time, can be followed live, by 'streaming', through the YouTube channel of the City Council."The CreaMurcia Contest, which this year celebrates its 28th edition, has established itself as a national platform for Murcian talent, a springboard that has promoted artists such as Rozalén, Second or Diego Cantero, from Funambulista", highlighted José Ballesta, who added that "this Friday the final of Pop Rock will be played, a modality to which 43 groups appeared".Aarón Sáez, from Varry Brava, Alondra Bentley, Bite and Jamones con Tacones are other bands that have also passed through the contest throughout its 28 years.The outcome, this Friday from 8:00 p.m.Specifically, the schedules of the final, which will be held this Friday, starting at 8 p.m., are:-Concert Pleyel, at 20 hours.-Old Coin Concert, at 9 pm.-Concert Ruto Neón, at 10 pm.-Voting of the jury, at 10:30 p.m.-Announcement of results, at 11:00 p.m.The groups will perform at the Murcia Parque Auditorium, where the prizes established in the announcement regulations will be contested: the first prize, worth 2,000 euros, the second, 1,000 euros, and the third, 500 euros.Each group will act for 30 minutes, with a 30-minute pause between each band, to clean and disinfect the technical materials, stages and chairs that are vacated.

The jury is chaired by the councilor Rebeca Pérez and composed of Ángel Hernández Sopena, Juan Antonio Fructuoso Ros, Alberto Belando López, Rocío Ramos Meseguer and Juan Albaladejo García, as secretary.It should be noted that the 43 groups that participated in this call were able to record demos in a specialized studio.

2 years ago, the band released their first EP, a completely self-released work.

Currently, they combine work on new themes with live concerts inside and outside the Region.Its musicians are Chechu Díez, guitar and voice, Jaime Cano, drums, Eduardo Meseguer, bass, and Omali García, keyboardsFor its part, Old Coin was born in 2012, from the union of five young people between 15 and 17 years old who shared a great passion for music and composition.

Since then they have carried forward their studies, some of them conservatory, and the group in parallel, focusing on their own composition and combining their very diverse personal styles, from classical music to progressive metal.In 2017, they published their first EP El bar de los Sueños, and their first video clip The Song of the Dead Poets.

In 2018 they released their single April Rain, and they are still producing a new album.

The members are Alejandro Pelegrin Lax, drums, Daniel Osiewala Jiménez, keyboards and voice, Germán Pujante Beteta, voice, Ramón Romero Hernández, bass, and Samuel Sánchez Frutos, guitar.Likewise, Ruto Neón, with a single song published 'The Way You Make Me Feel', joins up with 4 leading Murcian musicians to take their project live.

Producing his first EP with Brian Hunt, his release is scheduled for after the summer.

The project makes no difference between singing in English and Spanish, and is inspired by bands like Tame Impala or Mac Demarco.In this case, the members are Bruno Laencina, voice, Salvador Susarte Campuzano, bass, José Antonio García Fernández, drums, and Daniel Osiewala Jiménez, keyboards.
